Job Description

Crosson's Auto Repair is seeking a motivated Experienced customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. Our ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through their service experience and ensuring their needs are met.

Service advisor Responsibility...
• -Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• - Assess customer needs and provide recommendations for services and repairs.
• - Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers.
• - Prepare and present estimates for services and repairs to customers.
• - Communicate service updates and any additional repair needs to customers.
• - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• - Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• - Handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
