Responsibilities
• Serve as a Belle Tire Brand Ambassador, promoting brand recognition
• Build customer relationships and assess their needs
• Follow Belle Tire’s Sales Process
• Manage cash drawer and reconcile daily cash transactions
• Direct workflow in the service department
• Meet and exceed defined goals and objectives
• Handle day-to-day paperwork related to retail operations
• Open and close the store as part of key holder duties
• Coach, manage, and develop store employees
• Write store schedules for all employees
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and addressing employee relations concerns
• Analyze store profit & loss statements
• Perform inventory management and facility management tasks
• Ensure cleanliness of the shop, showroom, and restrooms
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of management experience in a retail and/or auto service environment preferred
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 75 pounds
• Flexibility in working hours, including Mon-Sat and potential overtime

• Minimum of 3 years in a management role within retail or automotive service
• Proven experience in customer service and team management
