LOOKING FOR A FULL TIME AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE MANAGER/DESK WRITER for a Luxury Car Dealership that sells new and used Luxury vehicles.

+ WILL MANAGE ALL SERVICE CUSTOMERS
+ WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL INVOICES AND PARTS ORDER
+ RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS
+ HANDLE ALL REPAIRS ISSUES WITH CARS SOLD
+MANAGE THE CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS FOR ALL NEW INVENTORY COMING IN
+ WORK CLOSELY WITH PARTS DEPT TO MAKE SURE LOWEST COST ON R/O'S.

+ ASSIGN R/O'S TO TECHS+ ROOM TO MAKE ALOT OF $$$
+ AS YOU INCREASE THE PROFIT MARGINS, THE MORE $$$ IN YOUR POCKET

Salary plus commission setup

VERY NICE WORK ENVIRONMENT, GREAT TEAM, FUN ENVIRONMENT.

Must be proficient in CDK in New Car Automotive dealerships.

Warranty Submission is a plus but not required.

Special consideration to any service manager/desk writer coming from a Mitsubishi Dealership.

This position is a six-figure position if you are the right fit bringing in positive work ethics, proper customer service, and great teamwork.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Schedule appointments and manage the service schedule
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval
- Order necessary parts and materials for repairs
- Coordinate with insurance companies for claims processing
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle repairs

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the automotive industry, specifically in Highline New Car Stores
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling and record keeping satisfaction by effectively communicating with customers, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate estimates for automotive repairs. Your knowledge of automotive repair processes and ability to upsell additional services will contribute to the success of our dealership. Pay: $65,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
