The Automotive Repair Center/Store Manager is responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and selling recommended services and repairs. Store Managers will greet and consult customers on their needs, while providing value-added recommendations and education on services that will result in long-term cost-savings.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensure customer receive prompt, courteous, and effective service either in-person or by phone
• Act as point of contact between technicians and customers
• Perform vehicle walk-around and documentation of customer concerns to enable technicians to properly diagnose and service the vehicle
• Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses and possible changes
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, organization, and cleanliness

QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 years of working experience as an Automotive Repair Center Manager/Assistant Manager with Quick Lube Management experience.
• Career-minded individuals looking to grow within the company

• Team-first mentality
• Valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
