Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Used Car Sales Manager located in Minneapolis, MN. The Used Car Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, hiring and managing sales representatives, vehicle repairs, facilitating customer financing, setting sales targets, and developing sales strategies to drive business growth. The owner intends to remain involved, but in a more limited, part-time role.

• Proficient in using dealership software tools, including systems for inventory management, finance modules, and dealership management systems
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
