Client Advisor-BMW

Sewell is looking to add experienced Client Advisors to join our team! Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude, great personality, and willingness to push themselves to a greater potential! If you have what it takes to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment, then our dealership has a place for you. We are seeking candidates with amazing client experience... skills, whom are highly motivated and results-driven. In this position, you will walk with clients through the entire vehicle purchase process, from inquiry to ownership, securing great relationships with your guests.

Responsibilities
• Understand and implement dealership sales process
• Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
• Present and demonstrate inventory
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
• Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver license and acceptable driving record
• Background and drug screening

In order to be successful in this position, the individual must be able to perform each job responsibility satisfactorily, have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record, complete a drug screening, background screening, and provide all government I-9 requirements. A combination of education, experience, and training is always considered

Physical requirements:

The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
