• *Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve/exceed sales targets and goals
- When needed, completing a proper paperwork delivery in the finance office while selling product and ensuring the maximum profitability of every deal
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth
- Ensure inventory control and accurate forecasting to optimize sales and minimize inventory costs
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships and drive repeat business
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Utilize sales management software to track sales performance and manage sales data
- Negotiate with customers to meet their needs and drive sales growth
• *Experience**
- Proven track record of success in retail sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of sales representatives
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with sales management software and the ability to analyze sales data
- Experience with finance management and conducting a proper delivery
• *Duties:**
- Manage customer interactions from initial contact to the sale, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
- Utilize software to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and analyze performance metrics.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of automotive sales and maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with other sales executives to share best practices, improve sales strategies, and achieve team goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers.
- Utilize phone etiquette to build rapport with customers and communicate effectively over the phone.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth of our business.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment, adhering to our company's policies and standards.
• *Requirements:**
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in software applications, particularly those used in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with retail sales and the ability to adapt to our unique sales environment.
- A driver's license and a clean driving record are essential for this role.
