What You’ll Do

You’ll use your knowledge and experience to ensure accurate documentation and scheduling. You’ll oversee the maintenance and upkeep of or lots for safety, cleanliness and efficiency.

Most of all, you’ll ensure exceptional customer service every time someone walks on your lot. Other responsibilities include :
• Managing and providing direction to supervisors, teams and team members.
• Reviewing work volumes and monitoring staffing levels.
• Overseeing the full range of lot operations activities.
• Reviewing team performance against key performance indicators and metrics.
• Resolving problems as they arise, such as missing, damaged and late vehicles.
• Developing and providing weekly reporting on lot operations and metrics.
• Building and maintaining relationships with current customers, including auction, dealer, commercial and others.
• Collaborating with other departments and management.

Who You Are

As a highly organized and multitasking individual, you want to understand your customers’ needs as much as you understand the value of attention to detail.

You have high expectations and provide your team with the leadership needed to meet them. You also have the following qualifications :

BA / BS degree in related field and 6+ years of related experience with at least 1 year experience in a management or leadership role;

or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.

Compensation :

Compensation includes a base salary of $70,000.00 - $104,900.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience.

Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
