Optimum RV is a family owned RV Dealership looking to hire an experienced Service Advisor! The ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience and can work in a high volume, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities : Presents Maintenance Menu’s to Customers Based on Length of Ownership & Manufacturer Recommendations Performs service meet and greet Initial Vehicle Walk Around Performs vehicle Courtesy... Inspection Generates all service Repair Orders and close R.

O.’s when work is completed Acquires customer authorizations on service work Schedules Service Appointments Answers all service department calls Liaison between the customer and the service department Perform daily customer status follow-up phone calls All other responsibilities as assigned Minimum Qualifications : High school diploma or GED equivalent 2-3 years customer service RV / Automotive / Powersports Experience Preferred Essential Characteristics RELIABLE We do what we say we're going to do, when we say we're going to do it.
