Our Client Advisors are the foundation of our guest experience, by providing a seamless, fun, and simple buying process.

They handle the entire car buying experience from the moment the guest walks in the door or from the moment they call or email for questions.

$4,000 Salary plus bonus! We pay our Client Advisors on salary, not commission.

We feel this provides both our employees and guests with a non-pressure environment.

Requirements for this position include, but not limited to :
• Operating numerous technology platforms to interact with guests
• Answering guest calls and providing a great conversational experience
• Scheduling your own appointments
• Assist each guest as they move through the buying journey
• Present warranty and protection products
• Facilitate an exciting test drive experience
• Be knowledgeable in the manufacturer car line
• Continual guest follow-up and engagement
• Overall, conduct a positive guest experience that redefines the car industry

QUALIFICATIONS :
• Excellent Communication / Phone Skills
• Extrovert Personality - Goal driven.

Someone who loves setting goals and working in a performance-driven environment.

Teachable - Must be willing to learn and grow.

This job will stretch you and you must be willing (and hopefully excited) to learn and grow in your ability to sell over the phone.
• Demonstrate a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude with any potential client / customer or team member.
• Organized, multi-tasked, self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or on individually-assigned tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management and prioritization skills are essential and required.
• Extremely Proficient with Internet / Computer Skills
• High standard of integrity - Honest, Capable and Teachable
• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment tests to include background checks, drug test, and valid driver’s license.
