Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at Adams Automotive, you will be the face of our renowned service, embodying our commitment to excellence and ensuring every customer receives a personalized and memorable experience. From greeting customers with a warm welcome to guiding them through our state-of-the-art facilities, your role will be pivotal in upholding our reputation for world-class service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Reception:
• Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor upon arrival at the shop.
• Provide assistance with parking and opening doors to ensure a seamless entry experience.
• Concierge Service:
• Act as a concierge, attending to customers' needs and inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Offer assistance with scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, and providing information on services offered.
• Vehicle Check-In:
• Facilitate the check-in process by documenting pertinent information about the customer's vehicle.
• Take photographs of the vehicle to accurately record its condition and assist in the repair process.
• Shop Tour:
• Offer guided tours of our cutting-edge repair facilities, highlighting our advanced equipment and skilled technicians.
• Educate customers on our repair process and reassure them of the quality of service they can expect.
• Sales Support:
• Assist in closing out sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing payments and invoices.
• Upsell additional services or products as appropriate, based on customer needs and preferences.
• Customer Follow-Up:
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates on the status of their vehicles.
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, particularly in handling documentation and customer information.
• Enthusiasm for automotive repair and a willingness to learn about our services and offerings.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
