Job Description

Claremont Toyota is looking for a Service Advisor that can perform at a fast pace in a demanding work environment. We need experienced Service Advisors that can maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and handle the high volume of traffic at Claremont Toyota.

Automotive Service Advisor...
• As a Service Advisor you will be responsible to meet and greet service customers promptly in a
• Inspect vehicle and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify the customers service needs.
• Check on progress of services to vehicles throughout the day and contact customer to communicate and receive approval regarding any changes in the cost-estimate, promised time of delivery or recommended services.
• Meet requirements of the state and federal law for automobile repair and consumer protection.

Job Requirements
• Two or more years' previous experience as a Service Advisor/Writer.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid California Driver's License
• Good driving record
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance and good work ethic
• Outstanding communication skills verbal and written
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction standards set by Management
• Achieve Sales Objectives set by Management

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
