- Oversee daily operations of the variable operations business, including sales, customer service, and employee management - Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability - Monitor and analyze sales data, inventory levels, and expenses to identify areas for improvement - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Manage and train a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees - Collaborate with other departments to coordinate... activities and achieve business objectives - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and addressing customer concerns promptly - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and suppliers - Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth
Experience:
- Previous experience in a automotive managerial role, preferably in a retail or similar industry - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficient in retail math, including inventory control and financial analysis - Cold calling experience is a plus - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Note:
