Pecheles Automotive seeks an experienced Parts Manager to lead our busy Hyundai Volkswagen and Audi Parts Departments...

Responsibilities:

The Parts Manager will be skilled at providing daily leadership and can sustain a culture of employee engagement and accountability. The Parts Manager will maintain a customer follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business, as well as provide ongoing top-quality customer service with a goal of achieving maximum market penetration and profitability. The Parts Manager is responsible for assisting customers in servicing, repairing and explaining needed parts, and keeping the customer informed as to the parts status during the servicing of their vehicle. It will be important to stay abreast of new products, features, and accessories.

Requirements:
• MINIMUM OF 4 years in the automotive industry with parts management experience in a dealership
• Team oriented with strong coaching skills
• Desire to provide great customer service
• Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems
• Experience with auto manufacturer software
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• High school diploma

Greenville, North Carolina, is the home of the East Carolina University Pirates and is located between Central NC and the Outer Banks.
