Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed revenue targets and other KPIs: Control both the front and back of the shop, from intake to delivery, to guarantee optimal levels of throughput, production quality, and efficiency, resulting in the location meeting or exceeding KPIs
• The labor assignment and production management personnel plays a critical role in the repair process by determining which vehicles require immediate attention for paint or teardown while also scheduling the repairs to be performed by Body Technicians
• During times of high volume, show your support for your team by taking on duties such as welcoming clients, checking automobiles, and generating estimates
• Monitor and meet production objectives and standards: Ensure that all upkeep obligations fulfill Service King and I-Car's quality benchmarks, all repairing tasks are invoiced precisely and accurately, and strictly observe the personnel protective equipment protocol in the back-end shop to ensure the safety of colleagues
• Meeting Shop Payroll and Staffing Deadlines: Ensure that the deadlines for shop payroll and staffing are met by ensuring production staff adheres to the punch-in/out guidelines and flag-hour procedures. Manage the processing of staff PTO, vacation, or leave applications
• Promote efficient daily production: Facilitate communication with the team members, like Body Technicians, Repair Planners, and Shop Assistants, to ensure production processes are streamlined for maximum output
• - Paint and labor: $1200
• Efficient team management requires a comprehensive approach to acquire, coach, and develop team members. This process entails identifying the specific requirements for each role, meeting with potential candidates, providing the appropriate support and training, and offering progression opportunities for long-term retention

Qualifications:
• Mastery of Collision Industry protocols coupled with extensive comprehension of insurance procedures and requisites for multiple carriers
• The ability to make sound judgments and find viable solutions to complex problems is crucial to achieving success in both personal and professional settings
• The ability to possess leadership skills and work together with others towards achieving a shared aim
• Shown ability to adhere to strict timelines without compromising quality
• Displaying a sound understanding of estimating software, including CCC ONE Total Repair Software
• Proficient in utilizing various technological tools and resources for work and personal use
• The provision of an up-to-date driver's license is a basic requirement
