The multi-shop operator of collision repair services, Crash Champions, is a brand to watch in the industry. Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed revenue goals and other key performance metrics: Manage the vehicle intake and delivery process from start to finish to ensure that the shop is efficient, productive, and produces high-quality work, resulting in the achievement or out-performance of KPIs
• The person responsible for directing Body Technicians on which repairs to perform and deciding which vehicles require immediate attention for paint or teardown, plays a vital role in the repair process and is known as the labor assignment and production management personnel
• During high-volume periods, be a supportive teammate by welcoming clients, examining cars, and preparing estimates as necessary
• Supervise and accomplish production targets and benchmarks: Ensure that all mending jobs adhere to Service King and I-Car quality regulations, all mending assignments are invoiced correctly and accurately, and observe the back-end shop's personnel protection gear protocol to maintain the teammates' safety
• Maintaining Shop Payroll and Staffing: Meet the deadlines of shop payroll and staffing by enforcing the punch-in/out guidelines and flag-hour procedures implemented for the production staff. Manage the staff's absence due to personal time off, vacation, or leave
• Facilitate seamless production flow: Maintain clear lines of communication with the team, including Body Technicians, Repair Planners, and Shop Assistants, to ensure that production is running efficiently and on schedule

• The recruitment and nurturing of a team involves an understanding of the specific position requirements for each team member. This entails conducting thorough interviews and selecting only the most suitable candidates based on their skills and experience. Additionally, offering guidance and encouragement towards progress is crucial in supporting their personal and professional development

Qualifications:
• Adeptness in ins and outs of Collision Industry protocols, with vast knowledge of insurance norms and requisites for diverse insurance providers
• The ability to make sound judgments and find viable solutions to complex problems is crucial to achieving success in both personal and professional settings
• The capacity to guide and cooperate with fellow team members to reach a common objective
• Demonstrated competence in delivering successful results within the allocated time frame
• Possessing expert-level skills in utilizing estimating software, such as CCC ONE Total Repair Software
• Experienced in using electronic devices, hardware, and software
• Presenting a credible driver's license is mandatory
