Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and other key performance metrics: Supervise the entire intake and delivery process of vehicles to ensure that the shop runs efficiently, produces high-quality work, and achieves or outperforms KPIs
• Managing the allocation of repair tasks to Body Technicians and prioritizing vehicles for teardown or paint requires a skilled and competent labor assignment and production management personnel in the automotive repair industry
• During times of high volume, show your support for your team by taking on duties such as welcoming clients, checking automobiles, and generating estimates
• Oversee and attain production benchmarks and objectives: Ensure that all renovation tasks comply with the Service King and I-Car's superior quality regulations, all improvement assignments are invoiced appropriately and accurately, and maintain strict adherence to the personal protective equipment protocol for the safety of team members in the back-end area
• Smooth Shop Payroll and Staffing Completion: Ensure smooth and prompt completion of shop payroll and staffing by strictly enforcing the punch-in/out guidelines and flag-hour procedures for production staff. Manage the processing of staff PTO, vacation, or leave applications accurately
• Drive seamless production output: Foster clear and open communication channels with the team, including Body Technicians, Repair Planners, and Shop Assistants, to enable consistent daily production that meets delivery requirements
• Write DRP complaint estimates (as needed): Write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage discovery, update CE's estimates as needed, and lock final estimates
• Team acquisition, coaching, and development provide essential support in optimizing the performance of all team members. The individualized approach of custom training, feedback, and progression opportunities assists in realizing the potential of each team member and driving high-levels of success

Qualifications:
• Expert understanding of Collision Industry standards accompanied by advanced knowledge of insurance processes and requirements applicable to a variety of carriers
• Developing an aptitude for decision-making and problem-solving is a lifelong process that can lead to greater personal and professional success, as well as improved quality of life
• The potential to assume leadership responsibilities while collaborating and working in tandem with others to meet shared objectives
• Exhibited mastery in delivering high-quality work within challenging project deadlines
• Operating CCC ONE Total Repair Software and other estimating software with ease and proficiency
• Equipped with the capability to utilize technology effectively to improve productivity and efficiency
• A bona fide driver's license is a necessary requirement that must be met
