Responsibilities:
• Achieve or surpass revenue targets and other performance indicators: Oversee both the front and back of the shop, starting from the acceptance of vehicles to their delivery, and maintain a high level of throughput, production quality, and effectiveness to guarantee that the location meets or exceed their KPIs
• In charge of delegating repair tasks to Body Technicians and determining which vehicles should be prioritized for paint or disassembly, labor assignment and production management is a critical role in the automotive repair industry
• Help teammates during busy periods by assisting customers, inspecting automobiles, and creating estimates if required
• Oversee and achieve production objectives and benchmarks: Confirm that all maintenance tasks comply with Service King and I-Car quality criteria, all maintenance procedures are invoiced precisely and appropriately, and behind-the-scenes personal protective equipment rules are implemented to ensure team member safety
• Timely completion of shop payroll and staffing: Make sure that punch-in/out guidelines and flag-hour procedures are strictly followed by production staff to ensure weekly payroll processing is done promptly. Also, oversee the management of staff time-off and leave applications
• Effectively oversee daily production flow: Collaborate with team members, like Body Technicians, Repair Planners, and Shop Assistants, to ensure uninterrupted production that meets delivery demands
• Complete Estimates: After disassembling and thoroughly examining the vehicle, we have discovered the following damages which must be repaired to restore the vehicle to its pre-accident condition
• The acquisition, coaching, and development of a team is essential for identifying the necessary job qualifications of team members, conducting interviews, and recruiting only the most qualified and experienced candidates. Moreover, providing specialized coaching and feedback to each individual team member is crucial for promoting growth and development in their role

Qualifications:
• Mastery of Collision Industry protocols coupled with extensive comprehension of insurance procedures and requisites for multiple carriers
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills form an essential component of every successful individual's skill set
• The aptitude to undertake leadership duties while collaborating with others to accomplish mutual goals
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving desired outcomes
• Demonstrating mastery in the field of estimating software, particularly CCC ONE Total Repair Software
• Computer-savvy and skilled in various technological tools and applications
• Possession of a legitimate driver's license is an obligatory prerequisite
