Al Packer’s White Marsh Ford, LLC is looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales velocity, productivity, profitability, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have 8 – 10 years’ experience as a Sales Manager, pre-owned inventory management a plus. Competitive compensation package easily topping $200k annually!

Essential duties include...

· Maintain robust customer service and follow-up skills.

· Manage, mentor and coach associates to lead a sales team and communicate effectively.

· Maintain a positive relationship with customers, ensuring their needs are met.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· High school diploma or GED

· Minimum 8 – 10 years’ related experience

· Possess strong computer and phone skills (CDK, Drive Centric, vAuto experience a plus)

· Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

· Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

· Ability to effectively communicate with others, oral and written

· Organized, multi-tasking; adapts to a fast-paced environment

· Personable, friendly demeanor with a focus on customer service, both internal and external.

· Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $175,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
