We are a client-focused firm providing Manufacturing Engineering & Consulting services to industrial clients across North America. Highly experienced with a diverse engineering skill set, we support clients within their production and warehouse facilities with process design and professional Project Management services from concept through commissioning.

Position Duties

The duties of this position include, but may not be limited to:
• Work with sales and management staff to understand project deliverables, timing, and required resources.
• Develop a detailed project budget including manpower allocation and expenses.
• Develop a detailed project schedule including kickoff and closeout meetings, project status review meetings, deliverables, and project closeout.
• Maintain budget and schedule (project plan) on a weekly basis.
• Manage project scope and deliverables execution.
• Communicate with upper management of project status, concerns, issues, or needs.
• Keep customer informed on project and budget status via clear and consistent communication.
• Direct project team as needed to ensure their thorough understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
• Maintain scope change log and communicate impact to customer on a timely basis.
• Maintain and update as needed the Lessons Learned for each project.
• Work with project team to identify possible scope growth & additional sales opportunities.

Preferred Skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of MS Project or similar scheduling software.
• Knowledge of Automotive Manufacturing preferred.
• Must be able to work on a cross-functional team and on your own.
