As an F&I Manager, you will be responsible for managing the finance and insurance processes at our dealership. Your main duties will include
...
- Providing exceptional customer service to all clients
- Assisting customers with financing options and explaining the terms and conditions
- Processing credit applications and verifying customer information
- Negotiating loan terms with financial institutions on behalf of customers
- Presenting and selling additional products such as extended warranties and vehicle protection plans
- Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborating with sales team to provide sales support and maximize revenue opportunities

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- Previous experience working in a dealership or similar automotive finance role
- Strong mathematical skills to accurately calculate loan payments, interest rates, and other financial figures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Retail sales experience is preferred
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Experience in sales management or public speaking is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
