Responsibilities:
• Exceed location revenue goals and other KPIs: Supervise both the front and back of the shop, starting with the acceptance of cars until the delivery, to ensure that the production quality and efficiency is high, and that the location meets or surpasses KPIs
• In the automotive repair industry, the individual responsible for assigning repair tasks to Body Technicians and scheduling vehicles for paint or teardown is known as the labor assignment and production management personnel
• During peak periods, lend a hand to your colleagues by performing tasks such as welcoming customers, inspecting vehicles, and preparing estimates
• Oversee and meet production targets and standards: Ensure that all fixing duties meet Service King and I-Car's superior standards, all repair tasks are invoiced precisely and correctly, and uphold the personal protective equipment protocol for the well-being of employees in the rear area
• Prompt Completion of Shop Payroll and Staffing: Ensure that shop payroll and staffing deadlines are met by implementing and monitoring the punch-in/out guidelines and flag-hour procedures for production staff. Manage staff absences, including PTO, vacation, or leave requests
• Optimize the production process: Collaborate with the team, including Body Technicians, Repair Planners, and Shop Assistants, to ensure that daily production is executed effectively, maximizing efficiency and productivity

• Successful team acquisition, coaching, and development entails having a comprehensive understanding of individual job specifications, selecting the best fit candidates, and providing consistent support and feedback. This approach provides a constructive environment for team members to flourish and thrive in their careers

Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Collision Industry regulations combined with sophisticated understanding of insurance procedures and conditions for varying insurance carriers
• Being able to analyze situations carefully, weigh different options, and consider potential outcomes is an essential part of effective problem-solving
• The potential to lead and team up with colleagues to attain a joint purpose
• Shown ability to adhere to strict timelines without compromising quality
• Utilizing CCC ONE Total Repair Software proficiently and with exceptional skill
• Capable of adapting to new technology and acquiring new skills with ease
• It is required to furnish a current and authentic driver's license
