The Automotive Technician works to help meet the inspection, repair and maintenance needs for our customers' vehicles in a timely manner. Workers in this role are responsible for accurate diagnostics, clear communication, and timely repairs of vehicles.
We are looking for self-starters who are personally motivated, professional, dependable, and can handle the various challenges that the automotive repair business presents on a daily basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
Test vehicle components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
Ability to learn new technology, techniques, service procedures and specifications.
Communicate directly with the management required repair information and if any additional service is needed.
Provide an accurate estimate of time needed for repairs.
Perform inspections and safety checks.
Maintain a clean, safe working environment.
Manage customer expectations for repair cost and time of completion.
Other tasks as assigned.
Skills and Experience Required for this Job:
ASE Certification required
Possess a valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record for conducting test drives.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively to customers and co-employees of organization.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Compensation is based on skills and experience.
2 Weeks paid vacation.
Dental Plan available.
No weekend work (Open Monday – Friday 7:30am-5:30pm)
